Jumaat dah..yeye nak balik raya..Selamat Hari Raya

Hari ni dah hari jumaat...mood utk raya dah ada nih...kerja pun dah rasa macam x semangat lagi..raya tahun ni aku n abg balik kampung Kuala Selangor...Takpe lah...beraya kat kampung abg pun seronok jugak..ramai sedara mara, anak2 buah..pendek kata riuh rendah lah. Malam ni abg dah janji nak bawak aku jalan2 kat KL..tgk2 apa yg patut...punyala bizi sampai nak jalan kat KL pun x dak masa, walhal rumah aku dan KL tak jauh mana pun...routine sama ja sepanjang hari..boring..oppss tak baik cakap mcm tu...

Jadi aku amik kesempatan la malam ni nak gi shopping2 sikit mana yg x de. Tapi tahun ni kami raya secara bersederhana sahaja. Kena jimat cermat jugak..barang yg tak perlu tak yah nak beli...big bos dah bagi warning macam tu..hikhik.

Adik na dah balik hari Khamis pagi. kesian kat dia, tahun ni dia sorang2 ja kat umah penang..jenuh la nak handle semua menda kat sana..tahap kebizian kat sana aku ja yg tau..almaklum lah tak dak sapa yg handle kitchen kat sana. Sib baik adik-adik aku dah besar2 leh gak membantu mana yg patut.

Aku ingat balik jap lagi nak buat kek dlm 2 biji utk dibawa pulang ke kampung kuala selangor. Boleh makan ramai2. Pasni aku cuti seminggu...SEMINGGU TUUUU!!!!!!..yahoooooo...seronok la sgt tu nak cuti raya..balik raya ha amik ko keje besar sudah menanti...Company nak buat event Energy Month 2009...jadi macam biasa aku mesti dpt bahagian handle pameran...huhuhu...kerja dah start sikit sebelum raya...balik terus kena continue. Bos dah kata x leh cuti2 dah lepas raya..huwaaaa...padan muka aku dan rakan-rakan.

Carrot cheese cake

Sumber: Detox


250 g plain flour
11/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

170 g castor sugar
140 g brown sugar
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 cups veggie oil
1 cup grated carrot

4 egg white

100 g toasted chopped walnut

Method :
Preheat oven to 180C
a) Sift A, put aside
b) Mix B thoroughly
c) Beat egg white with electric mixer until stiffen.
d) Add A to B, mix well.
e) Add in egg white to to mixture and slowly mix it. Do not overbeat, enough by stiring the egg white combine. This will make the cake lighter.
g) Finally add in the walnut.
h) Greased 9 inch pan.
i) Bake for 1-11/4 hours.

Let cool.

Cream Cheese Frosting - (Ini adalah rekaan I sendiri. Instead of butter i pakai whip cream hasilnya, enak dan lemak, rasa cheese diseimbangkan dan membuatkan makan tak jemu)

200g cream cheese
180 g whipping cream
100 g castor sugar.

a) Beat cream cheese and sugar until white and fluffy
b) Add in the whip cream and beat until smooth.

Tips On How To Get Pregnant

How can I make it easier to conceive?

There are certain things that you can do to increase your chances of getting pregnant. Here are some tips that may help you conceive your little one! If you and your partner are having trouble getting pregnant and have not been successful after a year, follow-up with your gynecologist or a fertility specialist. As soon as you decide to start a family, make it a point to have a complete health checkup. Your doctor will then advise you what changes you need to make in your lifestyle, if any, to increase your chances of not just becoming pregnant, but also of having a healthy pregnancy.

Remember, getting pregnant means that your body will be undergoing a lot of changes, and it needs to be in the best of health to do this. It is important that you divulge your entire medical history to your doctor. Also, let your doctor know if you are taking any medication, including regular over-the-counter drugs.

1 - Have sex in the morning, since the semen has the highest sperm count then.

2 - Being overweight or underweight during pregnancy may cause problems. Try to get within 15 pounds of your ideal weight before pregnancy. Remember, pregnancy is not a time to be dieting! Don't stop eating or start skipping meals as your weight increases. Both you and your baby need the calories and nutrition you receive from a healthy diet. Be sure to consult with your doctor about your diet.

3 - Check the Body Mass Index Calculator to see if you are at a healthy level for conception.

4 - Try to have sex in the missionary position, since it deposits the sperm closest to the cervix.

5 - Stay faithful to one, uninfected and equally faithful partner to prevent the tragic consequences of a new-born with HIV or other sexually transmitted diseases. Discuss your own and your mate's sexual history (and any injected drug use) with your physician - and get tested for HIV or other infections, as appropriate. Even if you have HIV, for example, proper drug treatment can often prevent your child from becoming infected.

6 - You should not eat swordfish, shark, king mackerel or tilefish while you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant. These large, long-lived ocean fish accumulate mercury pollution as they eat smaller fish. If you then eat these fish, the mercury can accumulate in you and hurt the development of nervous system of your unborn child. The Food and Drug Administration also advises you not to eat these big fish when you're nursing a baby - and not to feed these fish to small children.

7 - Eat plenty of green, leafy vegetables AND take a multi-vitamin containing folate, or folic acid, (a B vitamin) every day, before, and during pregnancy.

8 - Avoid soft cheeses. Soft cheeses are easily contaminated by a tough bacteria called Listeria. Ordinarily, people are not affected by Listeria, but in pregnant women the bacteria can cause violent vomiting, flu-like symptoms and miscarriage. This loss can occur even before you know you're pregnant. Mexican-style soft cheeses such as queso blanco, queso fresco, queso de hoja, queso de crema and asadero are susceptible, as are other soft cheeses like feta, or goat cheese, brie, Camembert and blue-veined cheeses such as Roquefort. The Food and Drug Administration recommends that pregnant or potentially pregnant women should instead eat hard cheeses made from pasteurized milk or marked as aged for 60 days or longer.

9- Take care with all foods to food poisoning. Wash all surfaces, food and utensils thoroughly. Keep your hands clean during food preparation.

10 - To be on the safe side, some environmental health experts suggest that pregnant women - despite those infamous cravings we are supposed to get - avoid overdoing any single food or beverage in the diet. Varying your diet guards you against getting a massive dose of a problem substance, if there should be an accident that unexpectedly contaminates a particular food.

11-Pregnancy is not the time to care for a cat or take in a new one. They may harbor a parasite that causes toxoplasmosis. If you get it while pregnant, your unborn child has about a 40 percent chance of contracting it too. In early pregnancy, this can cause the child to be blind, deaf and mentally retarded. The parasite can be found in cat feces, soil and infected meats that have not been thoroughly cooked. Cats get it from eating infected birds, mice and rats. So keep your family cat indoors to reduce its chances of getting the parasite - and have someone else clean its litter box, so that you don't get it.

12 - Protect yourself from pesticides and other chemical exposures. We don't know enough about the safety of home and occupational pesticides and chemicals in pregnancy, so it is a good idea to be cautious. Ask your employer to give you copies of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) for any hazardous materials in your work, as required. A few substances of concern are lead, carbaryl (Sevin), bromine vapor, carbon disulfide, ethylene dibromide, mercury vapor and styrene and acetone used in plastic production.

13 - You can be exposed to chemicals in the air you breath, through your eyes, or in your food and water. Store chemicals in sealed containers when not in use and follow recommendations for ventilation. A major route of contamination is through your skin, so wear protective clothing and gloves. Wash off any spilled materials immediately. Wash your hands before eating and drinking.

14- If you are a farm worker, factory worker or scientist, or you have one as a husband, partner or family member, you and/or that other worker should shower at work at closing time or as soon as you/they get home. Clothes contaminated by pesticides, chemicals or metals should be washed at work, if possible. If they must be washed at home, they should be washed separately from other clothes, and as soon as possible.

15- If you are a dentist, dental assistant or hygienist or work with the anesthetic nitrous oxide (N2O) in human or veterinary medicine, you should know be cautious because this gas has been shown to cause defects in the offspring of exposed lab animals. Adequate ventilation, tests for leaks and other guidelines should be followed to limit your exposure. Women working as potters, with solder, or as home remodelers may encounter lead, which has been associated with miscarriages, stillbirths and infertility for more than 100 years. The National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health also warns of reproductive problems among women viscose rayon workers exposed to carbon disulfide (CS2) and among electronic and semi-conductor workers exposed to ethylene glycol ethers such as 2EE and 2ME.

16-If you're planning to decorate a room as a nursery, why not ask a pro or a partner to do the painting (while you go elsewhere and avoid the fumes.)

17- Avoid smoke, as well as smoking. Smoking increases the risks of an underweight baby and of stillbirth, the birth of a dead fetus. Smoking and passive smoke exposure may double the risk of a rare but devastating condition called persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn. In this condition, infants starve for oxygen because blood is not pumped through the lungs to the body but continues to flow as it did before birth and the activation of the lungs. Without successful surgery to correct the flow, the infant may die. Babies born to women who smoked during pregnancy are also more likely to have asthma and other respiratory problems. They also are more likely to die of sudden infant death syndrome - SIDS. SIDS reduction campaigns emphasize positioning infants on their backs for sleeping as well as keeping cigarette, cigar and pipe smoke away. Smoking has been associated with infertility issues as well.

18- Avoid x-rays, hot tubs and saunas. They pose environmental risks for pregnant women. If x-rays are needed for medical reasons, your doctor will shield your abdomen (and thereby your fetus) from the rays. The March of Dimes also suggests pregnant women try to avoid infections. Rubella (German measles) during pregnancy can cause ear, eye and heart abnormalities. You can be tested to see if you've been exposed and are immune. If not, you can get vaccinated - but then should wait three months before getting pregnant. For avoiding many infections, frequent hand-washing can help.

19- Exercise moderately. Walk, swim, ride a stationary bike and/or join in a special prenatal aerobics class three or more times a week. Even a vigorous workout is ok for most women and may help you carry your baby to full term. Not so advisable: bouncing or jerking movements, toe touches, knee bends and sit-ups. Doctors generally fo not recommend any vigorous exercise that has you lying on your back after the first three months of pregnancy. Injury-risking sports - skiing, rock-climbing, horseback riding - aren't good bets. But regular, safe exercise can make labor easier and prepare you to get back in shape afterwards.

20- Relax, too. You don't need a lot of stress during pregnancy, or before pregnancy either!

21- Take folic acid daily both before pregnancy and during the first few months of pregnancy to reduce the risk of birth defects of the brain and spine. All women who could possibly become pregnant should take a vitamin with folic acid, every day. It is also important to eat a healthy diet with fortified foods (enriched grain products, including cereals, rice, breads, and pastas) and foods with natural sources of folate (orange juice, green leafy vegetables, beans, peanuts, broccoli, asparagus, peas, and lentils).

22- Be sure to see your doctor and get prenatal care as soon as you think you're pregnant. It's important to see your doctor regularly throughout pregnancy, so be sure to keep all your prenatal care appointments.

23 - Drink extra fluids (water is best) throughout pregnancy to help your body keep up with the increases in your blood volume. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water, fruit juice, or milk each day. A good way to know you're drinking enough fluid is when your urine looks like almost-clear water or is very light yellow.

24- Medical conditions/complications such as diabetes, epilepsy, and high blood pressure should be treated and kept under control. Ask your doctor about any medications that may need to be changed or adjusted during pregnancy. If you are currently taking any medications ask your doctor if it is safe to take them while you're pregnant. Also, be sure to discuss any herbs or vitamins you are taking. They are medicines, too! Discuss with your doctor all medications, prescribed and over-the-counter, that you are taking.

25- Saunas, hot tubs, and steam rooms should be avoided while you are trying to become pregnant. Excessive high heat may be harmful before and during your pregnancy.

26- Genetic testing should be done appropriately. It's important to know your family history. If there have been problems with pregnancies or birth defects in your family, report these to your doctor. Also, genetic counselors can talk with you about the information you might need in making decisions about having a family. You can call a major medical center in your area for help in finding a board-certified genetic counselor.

27-You should know when your fertile days are. Charting your fertility will let you know when you are ovulating so that you know when you are most likely to become pregnant.

Ectopic pregnancies

Early detection and treatment of ectopic pregnancies will produce better outcomes.

Ectopic pregnancy is a condition in which the fertilised egg (embryo) is implanted outside the uterine cavity. Its occurrence varies in different countries but it is estimated to occur in about one in 100 pregnancies.

Unseen: About 50% of ectopic pregnancies do not exhibit any specific symptoms.

About 95% of ectopic pregnancies occur in the fallopian tubes. It can also occur in other sites like the ovary, cervix or abdominal cavity.

An ectopic pregnancy is life-threatening as it can rupture, causing bleeding into the abdominal cavity. The earlier an ectopic pregnancy is treated, the better the outcome. Delay will lead to further damage to the fallopian tubes or other sites and if left untreated, the blood loss can result in death.

Risk factors

When an egg is released by the ovary, it travels along the fallopian tube where it is fertilised by the sperm. The lining of the fallopian tubes contain hair-like structures, called cilia, which push the embryo along into the uterine cavity where it gets embedded. If there is damage to the fallopian tubes, the cilia may be unable to perform its function, resulting in the embryo embedding in the fallopian tube itself.

These factors increase the likelihood of ectopic pregnancy:

Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) in which the ovaries, fallopian tubes and uterus have been or are infected.

Intra-uterine contraceptive device especially when it is associated with PID.

Previous surgery on the fallopian tubes like sterilisation, its reversal or other surgery.

Previous abdominal surgery like caesarean section and fibroid removal (myomectomy).

In-vitro fertilisation (IVF). Although the embryo is placed inside the uterine cavity, it may still attach itself to the fallopian tube.

Previous ectopic pregnancy. The risk of an ectopic pregnancy increases from 1% to 10% after an ectopic pregnancy has occurred.

The risk in women aged 44 years or more is increased from 1% to 8%.

It should be noted that these risk factors are not present in many women who have an ectopic pregnancy.


About 50% of women with an ectopic pregnancy have no specific symptoms apart from those associated with pregnancies such as missed period, nausea and sore breasts.

The symptoms include:

Vaginal bleeding that differs from that of the normal period in that it is lighter or darker.

Abdominal pain which is usually on one side. The pain may be severe and persistent.

Shoulder tip pain which is due to the blood in the abdominal cavity irritating the diaphragm, which has the same nerve supply as the shoulders.

Pain on passing motion or urine.

The diagnosis is made by clinical examination in most instances. A transvaginal ultrasound is helpful in diagnosis. This involves inserting the ultrasound probe into the vagina to visualise the uterus and its surroundings.

Sometimes, the diagnosis is made at laparoscopy, which is an operative procedure that involves direct visualisation of the pelvic organs through small incisions in the abdomen. This procedure is useful especially when there are no specific symptoms. After making the diagnosis at laparoscopy, a decision will be made on the mode of management.


The management is influenced considerably by whether the diagnosis is made before the ectopic pregnancy has ruptured or not. The gynaecologist will discuss the various treatment options with the patient.

Surgery to remove the embryo from the abdominal cavity is the most common treatment. If there is no indication of shock, the laparoscopy approach is usually preferred. If there are changes indicating shock, a laparotomy is preferred, in which the larger incision will facilitate an expeditious stopping of the bleeding.

The part of the fallopian tube in which the embryo is located (salpingectomy) is removed or the embryo is removed through an opening in the tube (salpingotomy). If the other tube appears normal, there is no evidence that a salpingotomy is preferable to a salpingectomy. If the other tube appears diseased and there is a desire for future fertility, a salpingotomy is preferred, as a salpingectomy would mean that IVF or other assisted reproduction would be required for the next pregnancy.

Medical treatment can be provided if the ectopic pregnancy is diagnosed early. Methotrexate may be prescribed to stop the pregnancy from continuing. The women who are most suited for methotrexate treatment are those with minimal or no symptoms and a serum human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG) below 3,000 IU/l.

The side effects of methotrexate include nausea, vomiting, sore mouth and sore eyes. About 75% of those given methotrexate will experience abdominal pain which may be difficult to differentiate from that of tubal rupture.

Expectant treatment (“Wait and see”) refers to situations where there are minimal symptoms and the pregnancy’s location is unknown.

This situation occurs when the hCG is less than 1,000 IU/l and no pregnancy, whether inside or outside the uterine cavity, is visible on transvaginal ultrasound.

Up to 60% of such pregnancies resolve spontaneously without any treatment. Regular examinations and blood tests are mandatory with expectant management, until the hCG levels are below 20 IU/l.

Surgery will have to be resorted to at any time during medical or expectant treatment should the clinical situation warrants it. Anti-D immunoglobulin will be given to all rhesus negative women with suspected or confirmed ectopic pregnancy.


Ectopic pregnancies cannot be prevented. However, one of its major risk factors, pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), can be prevented. The primary cause of PID is sexually transmitted infections (STI), which is preventable. Regular use of the condom can prevent STIs. Knowing one’s sexual partner and having one sexual partner can also prevent STIs. Regular sexual health checks are helpful particularly if one suspects one’s sexual partner has STI and/or PID.

Bahan Bahan A
180 gm. Butter
170 gm. Gula castor
3 biji telor
20 gm. cocoa powder - ayak
120 gm. tepong naik Sendiri - ayak ~~[tepung superfine pun boleh]
1 tsp. baking powder - ayak

Bahan bahan B
250 gm. cream cheese
60 gm. gula castor
1 tsp. vanilla essence
1 biji telor

1. Pukul butter and gulasehingga kembang dan ringan.
2. Masukkan telor sebiji demi sebiji.
3. Masukkan tepong, cocoa dan baking powder yang telah di ayak. Gaul rata.
4. Di sebuah bekas yang lain, pukul kesemua bahan B hingga kembang.
5. Tuang separuh bahagian adunan A kedalam loyang berukuran 8" dan ratakan.
6. Kemudian tuangkan semua adunan bahan B. Ratakan permukaan loyang.
7. Tuangkan baki adunan A.
8. Bakar di oven 160 deg C - selama 60 mins.
[ Setelah masak tunggu hingga betul betul sejuk sebelum dipotong dan hidang].

* Utk adunan di atas sesuai pakai spring form yg kecik je..kalau pakai loyang yg besar, kek akan nampak penyet dan kemetot..hihi..terima kasih pada tuan punya recipe.

Cream Caramel Strawberi


4 biji telur
1 1/2 cwn susu segar
1/2 cwn gula
1 1/2 penutup esen vanila


1/2 cwn gula
1 tbs air


1. Masak gula didalam periuk sehingga keperangan. Masukkan air. Kacau hinga caramel larut. Tuang caramel kedalam bekas cukup untuk menutupi dasar.

2. Dalam bekas lain msukkan kesemua telur dan kacau perlahan tanpa mengangkat wisk/garfu. Jangan biarkan air bubble terbentuk. Ketepikan.

3. Masak susu dan gula didalam periuk dgn api perlahan. Kacau sehingga gula larut. Matikan api sebelum mendidih.

4. Tuang susu perlahan2 kedalam telur. Masukkan esen vanila dan kacau perlahan2.

5. Tapis campuran kedalam bekas berisi caramel td.

6. Kukus/bakar dgn water bath dgn suhu rendah selama 15-20 minit bergantung kpd size bekas.

7.Sejukkan sebelum dihidang. Sesuai dimakan dgn fresh strawberry. *sy kukus dgn rice cooker*

1 tin susu sejat
1 tin air
1/2 cawan gula pasir
1 sudu teh esen vanilla.

Bahan untuk sos:
1/2 cawan gula pasir
Sedikit air.

Cara penyediaan Sos (Caramel):
Panaskan gula dengan sedikit air di dalam loyang hingga gula cair dan bertukar warna kuning keemasan.

Penyediaan puding:
Pukul telur sehingga kembang. Setelah itu masukkan gula. Kemudian masukkan susu sejat dan air.Masukan adunan ke dalam loyang sos(caramel) dan kukuslah selama 25 minit.Bila masak, sejukkan sebentar dan simpan di dalam peti sejuk. Bila dah betul-betul sejuk, baru keluarkan dari acuan.
...Sedia utk dihidangkan..

* Semasa mengukus, ikat tutup kukus dgn kain supaya wap tidak masuk ke dlm puding.

Puding gula hangus. 1st. time buat nih.. (tapis byk2 kali before masuk loyang)

Bahan-bahan ( saiz:16 cm )• (aku buat 2 adunan utk bagi tebal sikit)

400cc(400ml) susu segar/susu cair
5 sudu besar gula halus
3 biji telur- pada suhu bilik
2 biji telur kuning-pada suhu bilik
2-3 titik esen vanila

5 sudu besar gula
2 sudu besar air


1.Sediakan karamel: Masukkan gula ke dalam periuk dengan 1 sudu besar air. Masak di atas api sederhana. Bila nampak sedikit perang, masukkan 1 sudu lagi air. Masaklah sehingga perang. Tuang ke dalam loyang. Ketepikan.

2.Masukkan telur dan kuning telur ke dalam mangkuk. Sambil dikacau masukkan gula sedikit demi sedikit. Kacau dengan perlahan sehingga sebati. Jangan biarkan berbuih.

3.Dalam periuk lain masukkan susu dan esen vanila. Panaskan sehingga 60 degree. Jangan sampai mendidih.

4.Dengan susu yang masih panas lagi, masukkan sikit demi sedikit susu ke dalam telur tadi. Kacau sehingga sebati. Tuang ke dalam loyang yang ada karamel tadi.

5.Tutupkan loyang dengan 2 lapis aluminium foil. Kukus dengan api sederhana selama 30 minit

6.Atau boleh juga dibakar di dalam oven. Tapi perlulah diletakkkan air suam ke dalam dulang pembakar. Bakar selama 40-45 minit pada suhu 150 degree.

7.Bila dah masak. Jangan buka aluminium foil. Biarkan 5 minit. Kemudian bolehlah dibuka.

8.Bila sejuk bolehlah disimpan dalam peti ais.....letak ler strawberi atas caramel nih...

Regular Health Mistakes!

All of us make little health mistakes that cause damage to our bodies in the long run - simply because we are unaware we are doing something wrong. Here are some of the most common mistakes made by many of us.

Crossing our legs

Do you cross your legs at your knees when sitting? Although we may believe that this is the lady-like elegant way to sit, sitting this way cuts down circulation to your legs. If you don't want varicose veins to mar the beauty of your legs and compromise your health, uncross your legs every time you realise you have one knee on top of the other. The best way to sit is to simply place both legs together on the floor, balancing your weight equally. If you feel like changing position, instead of crossing your legs, simply move both legs together to one side. As an alternative, you could also consider crossing your legs loosely at the ankles. This is a classically elegant way to sit, and is far better for your legs and your health than sitting with your legs crossed at your knees.

Not changing our toothbrush

How often do you change your toothbrush? Most of us wait until most of the bristles have either fallen off, or are in such bad shape that we'd be embarrassed to pull out our brush in public. However, since not many of us need to pull out our brush in public, we carry on with our frayed one until we lose it. Replace your toothbrush often. Damaged bristles can harm the enamel, and don't massage your gums well. If you find brushing your teeth a pain like I do, but know you must do it, you might as well be doing it right. Imagine going through the annoyance of brushing your teeth twice a day only to find out that you're damaging your enamel every time you clean your teeth. Also, use a brush with soft bristles unless your dentist has advised otherwise.

High heels

High heels sure look great, but they're murder for your back. This however doesn't mean you should steer clear of stilettos. Wear them, but not when you know you will be walking around a lot. Wear them when going out for lunch or dinner - when the only walking you will be doing is to your car, to the table, and back. Avoid high heels when you are going somewhere on foot. If you are constantly tempted to wear your heels, take a good look at your flats. Is there something about them you dislike? Invest in a new pair of beautiful flats or shoes with a low heel. Buy something you love, that you will enjoy wearing. If possible, get a matching bag. You will then enjoy your flats as much as you do your heels.

Sleeping on a soft bed

You don't have to sleep on the floor be kind to your back, but do make sure you have a firm mattress. Although a mattress on springs is soft and lovely to sink into, it's bad for your back. If you already have an old bed with springs, you don't need to invest in a new one - simply get a thick wooden plank put over the springs, and place the mattress on the plank. Similarly, if your mattress is old and lumpy, throw it out and get a new one. Your neck and your back will thank you. The same rule applies to sofas. If you will be spending hours on a sofa, get a firm yet comfortable one. Sofas you completely sink into are not the best idea.


No matter how comfortable sleeping with ten cushions is, have pity on your neck and resist. Sleep with one pillow, and make sure it is not too thick. If your pillow gets lumpy, discard it and go for a new one. Get a thin pillow if you sleep on your stomach, and something a little thicker if you sleep on your back, to give your neck adequate support.

Not exercising

So all of us know we should exercise more, but many of us don't. This is a health mistake we consciously make! And why is that? Simply because we refuse to admit the damage we are causing to our bodies by not working out. A number of people only start working out once they've experienced a warning signal. Don't wait for a heart attack to strike before you decide to opt for a lifestyle change. Make the change now. You don't need to train for the marathon to be in top shape. Half an hour of brisk walking three to four times a week will make a world of difference to your health. You could then increase this to forty minutes, four times a week - and you're all set. If you haven't exercised for a week, you're making a mistake.

Cara menghapuskan cicak

Assalamualaikum. ..dan selamat berpuasa...

Kenapa ada cicak di rumah?Sebenarnya kita kena soal diri kita sendiri sebab kita sudahpun tahu jawapannya. Saya tolong sikit-sikit kalau ada yang tidak pasti. MAKANAN CICAK IALAH SERANGGA. Lagi banyak serangga lagi banyak cicak. Sikit serangga sikit cicak.

TIP (1) Kalau nak hapuskan cicak, hapuskan serangga dulu. Cicak akan lari ke tempat lain sebab takda rezeki kat rumah kita.

Kenapa ada serangga di rumah?Soalan ini juga boleh dijawab senang oleh kita sendiri. Dari sampah, saki-baki makanan yang tidak dibersihkan, lantai kotor, makanan mentah tidak ditutup rapi, sarang serangga, highway serangga seperti dahan pokok dari pohon rimbun, tempat lembab dan sebagainya. Makanan favorite cicak ialah SEMUT, ANAI-ANAI dan LIPAS.

TIP (2) Kalau nak hapuskan cicak, JAGA KERSIHAN RUMAH supaya kurangkan serangga. Orang-orang yang beriman suka menjaga kebersihan.

Bahan apa yang cicak takut atau tak suka?1. Cicak tidak suka dengan campuran air dan lada merah. Dia tak tahan pijau. Lari....!!!

TIP (3) Tumbuk 2 biji lada merah atau 4 -5 cili padi. Bancuh dengan air. Masuk dalam Botol Spray. Spray kat tempat mana banyak semut atau selalu nampak cicak dok berdiskusi dalam group atau menyorok. JAUHI DARI KANAK-KANAK. Jangan ter-spray mata sendiri atau terhidu air spray. BAHAYA. JANGAN LALAI.

2. Cicak tak suka dengan kulit telur ayam. Dia alergik dengan mineral kulit telor.

TIP (4) Basuh dan keringkan dalam 2 atau 3 hari. Pecahkan kecil-kecil jadi saiz duit 5 sen atau seposen. Lekatkan berapat-rapat pada kadbod dengan gam. Letak kat mana-mana yang nak elak cicak berkunjung. JAUHI DARI KANAK-KANAK. Kulit telur jika termakan boleh tercekik. BAHAYA. JANGAN LALAI.

3. Cicak tak suka pada serbok borik acid. Dia mati tergolek kalau degil dan lalu jugak.

TIP (5) Kebersihan halaman rumah juga boleh mengurangkan cicak dari masuk ke dalam rumah. Laluan terbaik cicak-cicak ini ialah melompat dari daun ke atas bumbung dan seterusnya melalui tingkap atau bawah pintu balconi. Cicak suka menyorok di bawah daun dan pada dahan-dahan pokok. Perlu pendekkan rumput, daun-daun, dahan-dahan pokok. Selepas menebas, taburkan serbok borik acid di kawasan yang rimbun menghala ke rumah. JAUHI DARI KANAK-KANAK. BAHAYA. JANGAN LALAI.

4. Cicak takut dengan kucing. Kucing biasanya bermain-main dengan cicak dan menjadi makanan side-dishnya.

TIP (6) Kalau larat jaga kucing takpalah. AMARAN : Pastikan kucing selalu bersih dari kutu. Kutu boleh beranak-penak sekejapan setelah hisap darah. Jika kutu kucing tersebut berasal dari kutu anjing, lagilah risiko tinggi menjadi serang kutu di dalam rumah. PENAT berminggu-minggu nak hapuskan kutu pulak. Sendiri fikir dan buat keputusan.

Kurang dan banyaknya cicak di rumah berkait rapat dengan kurang atau banyaknya serangga di rumah. Kurang atau banyaknya serangga di rumah, berkait rapat dengan sikap penghuni terhadap kebersihan rumah dan halamannya.

Which Side Of Your Car Is Your Gas Tank ??

I have been driving (legally) for over a decade. One would think I would
have noticed the little secret on my dash that was staring me right in the
face the whole time. I didn't and I bet you probably haven't either.

Quick question, what side of your car is your gas tank? If you are
anything like me, you probably can't remember right away. My solution
is to uncomfortably stick my head out the window, strain my neck and look.

If you don't do this in your own car you definitely have done it in a borrowed or rental car.

Well ladies and gentlemen, I'm going to share with you my little secret so
you will no longer look like Ace Ventura on your way to the gas station or
put your neck at risk of uncomforted or injury.

If you look at your gas gauge, you will see a small icon of a gas pump.
The handle of the gas pump will extend out on either the left or right side of the pump. If your tank is on the left, the handle will be on the left. If your tank is on the right, the handle will be on the right
(see photo above). It is that simple!

I don't know how you feel right now but when I found out this morning I felt cheated!

Why don't the dealers share such important information with car buyers? I don't understand why this isn't in the drivers ed manual? I don't get why any mechanic I have ever been too or know has even thought of
mentioning this to me? The only possible explanation can be that all these people probably don't even know!

Hari ini dalam sejarah...

Dah lama sebenarnya nak letak gambar ni tapi tak berkesempatan. hehe. ada gak kawan2 tanya pasal album kawin..tapi aku malas nak tunjuk..kalau hantar via email ..MB nya confirm berat giler. jadi hari ni aku nak tempek sikit gambar nikah dan sanding aku buat kawan2 cek yang x dapat tgk. Aku mintak maaf le mana yg x sempat nak jemput..kelam kabut sgt sbb aku sendiri yg kene uruskan hal2 pengantin nih..al maklumlah mak aku dah x ada. Dalam keadaan masa yg amat suntuk sbb aku keje kat KL..pastu balik penang..2 hari lepas tu nak nikah..bygkanlah persiapan yg nak kena buat..mana nak pi tempat mak andam lagi dan erm x yah crita lah sbb semua org tau tahap kesibukannya..bunga telur pelamin pun aku yg buat sendiri, hantaran pun..nasib baik la aku ada adik yg sedia dan setia menolong aku disaat2 sibuk tahap dewa..sapa lagi adik na la..hikhik..rentetan dia macam ni ..aku balik penang..mandi air mawar la, air susu la...air wangi la,...sampai nak muntah aku kena rendam dalam air..apapun aku bagi full mark la pada wedding planner aku..JALINAN KASIH...sekejap je diorg mekap aku...terperanjat aku dibuatnya..muka aku jadi lain.

Tanda Hati Kita Kurang Bersih

Setiap hari rutin saya hanya mengadap laptop, bermain bola sepak di waktu petang dan menunaikan ibadah wajib. Waktu tidur jadi tak menentu, rehat saya juga tak menentu.
Tak lama lagi kita akan menyambut Syawal. Ini Ramadhan kali kedua saya sambut di kampung sebab Ramadhan yang lepas saya sambut sengsorang di KK, 11 tahun lepas. Terlebih dahulu saya minta maaf banyak-banyak jika ada apa-apa yang saya tulis kat blog iMotivasi.com ni menyingggung hati Anda, membuat Anda terasa atau membuat anda kurang senang.
Dalam kesempatan ni saya meminta maaf pada kawan-kawan yang mengenali saya, mana tahu ada perbuatan saya, kata-kata saya menyinggung perasaan, mengguris atau menghiris.
Kekadang kita bergurau, kita tak tahu ada kata-kata yang berbaur sindiran, atau kiasan. Kekadang kita hepi, kita cenderung untuk merendah-rendahkan orang lain, menjadikan dirinya bahan jenaka. Kita tak sedar semua tu.
Kita meminta maaf biar selalu, bukan time raya saja.
Kita memberi maaf juga biar lebih dari sekadar selalu.
Kemaafan yang lahir dari hati yang ikhlas, membuat hati bersih lantas menjadikan kita orang yang sentiasa bersemangat.
Andai kata kita kurang bersemangat, itu tandanya hati kita kurang bersih, maybe ada kesalahan orang lain yang kita susah nak maafkan.

Mencari Lailatulqadar









Kata Sheikh Abu Hassan bahawa mula dia baligh, dia sentiasa dapat menghidupkan lailatul qadar pada malam yang tepat mengikut petua diatas.

Berdasar petua di atas, insyaAllah malam qadar akan jatuh pada malam ke 23 Ramadhan bersamaan dengan malam selepas siang 13 September 2009

Walau bagaimanapun, janganlah ibadat pada malam ini sahaja, carilah malam qadar pada malam-malam ganjil yang lain juga!!!

Tanda malam Qadar ialah :

1) malam itu tenang, tidak dingin dan tidak panas;

2) siangnya cahaya matahari warnanya pucat;

3) pada malam itu malaikat Jibril akan menyalami orang yang beribadat pada malam itu dan tandanya ialah kita tiba-tiba rasa sangat sayu dan kemudiannya menangis teresak-esak secara tiba-tiba.

Hargai lah ibu bapa selagi hayat mereka.

Saya adalah seorang anak ke 4 dari sepuluh adik-beradik, dulunya seorang guru dan mengajar selama 8 tahun,namun atas permintaan suami,saya berhenti untuk menumpukan perhatian pada anak-anak dan rumahtangga, suami saya berkerja di Kuala Lumpur dan pulang hanya 2 minggu sekali,Alhamdulilla h kami di kurniakan dengan rumahtangga yang bahagia...pada awal nya kedua ibubapa saya tidak bersetuju dengan keputusan saya untuk berhenti mengajar..puas saya memujuk namun mereka tetap berkecil hati dengan keputusan saya..namun apalah daya,saya hanya seorang anak perempuan yang wajib patuh pada suami.
Ibu saya baru sahaja kembali ke pangkuan Ilahi pada 7 Muharram 1430H yang lalu,kerana komplikasi penyakit jantung,semasa hayat nya ibu saya seorang yang cukup sabar dalam melayani karenah anak-anak..sebagai anak dan isteri terkadang terbit rasa salah terhadap ibu dan bapa,kerana selama 17 tahun saya berkahwin saya tidak pernah lagi menyambut hari raya aidilfitri dengan nya kerana saya mengikut suami pulang berhari raya dengan kelurga mertua,memandangkan suami saya tidak mempunyai bilangan adik-beradik yang ramai dan merupakan anak lelaki sulung dalam keluarga nya jadi kami mengambil keputusan untuk berhari raya dengan sebelah mertua saya saban tahun.Tanpa kepulangan kami pasti keluarga mertua saya akan menyambut raya berdua sahaja,ini kerana adik-adik suami saya juga biasa ye mengikut suami masing-masing.
Tetapi menjadi kebiasaan kami untuk pulang ke rumah ibubapa saya terlebih dahulu sebelum kami berangkat ke rumah mertua saya.Kami akan bermalam beberapa hari di sana.
Namun yang menjadi ingatan saya dan terbit rasa terkilan,bila ibu berpesan sebelum akhir hayatnya dan menyatakan bahawa ibu telah lama memaafkan saya dan berbangga kerana saya selalu menyayangi nya.
Pesan ibu.." Jangan sesekali kau meningkah kata suami,jangan sesekali kau kecilkan hati mertua,kalau marah ibu kandung tidak sampai ke hati..tetapi ibu mertua tak tahu hati budi nya,jangan sampai tak berkat hidup kau dunia akhirat..Kau telah kahwini anak nya,itu bermakna kau kahwini keluarga nya,Berkahwin maknanya kau berkongsi hidup dengan nya..berkongsi segala-galanya. .susah-senang nya,suka duka nya,gelak tawa nya..dan kehidupan nya...Jangan kau ungkit apa yang telah kau lakukan untuk nya..tapi ingatlah..Syurga kau bukan pada ibu...tapi syurga kau kini terletak di kaki suami...pada hati mertua...Sayangi mertua kau seperti mana kau sayang ibu..."
Untuk rakan-rakan yang masih ada ibu..sayangi lah mereka..jangan sekali-kali kau lupa..kerana doa ibu sentiasa ada untuk kita.....

Bahayanya Panadol

Panadol Merbahaya


UNTUK PENGETAHUAN, ikuti sebuah kenyataan benar dari seorang yang mengalaminya...

"Suami saya bekerja sebagai Jurutera IT di sebuah hospital, di mana pihak hospital sedang menyiapkan pengkalan data untuk pesakitnya. Dia mengenali rapat doktor tersebut. Doktor memberitahu suami saya, apabila mengalami sakit kepala, mereka sendiri tidak sanggup mengambil Panadol atau Paracetamol.. Sebaliknya, mereka akan mencari ubatan herba Cina atau mencari altenatif lain.

Ini kerana Panadol adalah bertoksik kepada tubuh kita. Ia merosakkan organ hati. Menurut doktor tersebut, Panadol akan tinggal di dalam tubuh selama sekurang-kurangnya 5 tahun. Menurutnya lagi, pernah berlaku seorang pramugari menelan terlalu banyak Panadol semasa kedatangan haid kerana tugasnya perlu berdiri sepanjang masa penerbangan. Dia kini baru berumur 30-an tetapi sudah perlu menjalani rawatan buah pinggang (dialisis) setiap bulan.

Seperti kata doktor tersebut, sakit kepala disebabkan ketidak-seimbangan elektron/ion di dalam sel otak. Sebagai rawatan alternatif, beliau mencadangkan membeli sebotol atau 2 botol minuman isotonik, campurkan dengan air minuman pada kadar 1:1 atau 1:2. Mudahnya, secawan isotonik dengan 2 cawan air minuman.

Saya dan suami pernah mencuba kaedah ini dan mendapati ia berkesan. Kaedah lain ialah merendam kaki ke dalam besin yang mengandungi air suam. Ia akan memberi tekanan darah menurun dari kepala anda.

Panadol adalah sejenis "painkiller", semakin banyak anda mengambilnya, semakin lama semakin kurang kesannya kepada anda. Bererti anda perlukan dos yang lebih lagi apabila ia kurang berkesan.

Kita semua akan jatuh sakit apabila usia kita semakin meningkat. Untuk wanita, mereka akan melalui pengalaman melahirkan zuriat. Bayangkan mereka akan diberi dos yang kuat apabila terpaksa melalui proses beranak melalui pembedahan. Jika anda terlalu banyak mengambil Panadol atau Paracetamol sepanjang hidup anda, seperti mereka yang ada migrain, ia akan memberi kesan sifar terhadap kesakitan yang anda alami dan anda memerlukan ubat yang lebih kuat lagi untuk mengurangkan rasa sakit. Adakah anda sanggup diberi dadah yang kuat seperti morfin?

Hargailah kehidupan anda. Fikir sebelum mudah memasukkan ubat yang "biasa" ini ke dalam mulut anda.

Some Mobile Manners

The mobiles industry wants as many people as possible to enjoy the benefits
of mobile telecommunications and encourages individuals to use their mobile
phones in a responsible manner and to be considerate and aware of situations
where using their mobile phone might annoy others.

1. When in doubt, always go out

When possible go outside or to another room to make your call if your call
might disturb others. Also, features such as text messaging answering
services, call diversion and vibration alert can be used to receive important
calls without disturbing others.

2. If you can't turn it off, use silent mode

If you need to keep your phone on for important calls, then turn it to silent or
vibrate mode. It's the ring of a mobile phone in inappropriate places and times
such as at the tennis or in restaurants which annoys people the most.

3. When required turn your phone off and
check it's off

There are some places where people should never talk on a mobile phone
or send text messages and where the ringing of a mobile phone or message
alert is considered highly unacceptable, such as: movies, stage shows,
weddings, funerals, concerts, speeches, classrooms and lectures. In these
cases, turn your phone off and remember to check it's off before you enter the
venue. You can always check your voicemail, text messages or your answering
service afterwards.

4. Keep your conversations private

People's sense of personal space varies in each situation. Making a call in a
busy place may be okay, but talking loudly in a confined space like a lift or on
a train tends to infringe on others personal space. Be aware of where you are
and who you are with and what others are doing before deciding to make or
accept a call. In some situations it might be better to send a text message.

5. Speak softly

Mobile phones have very sensitive microphones that can pick even the softest
voice, so there is no need to shout. If you are having trouble hearing the other
caller, check that you have the volume on your phone set high enough.

6. You don't always have to answer- use your
messaging service

It's a natural reflex to answer your phone if it rings, however, if you forget to
put your phone on silent or vibrate mode and it rings at an inappropriate
moment, send the call to voice mail or your answering service
(usually by pressing the hang-up key).

7. Talk to the one you're with

If you receive a call during a conversation, send the call to your voicemail
or answering service. Your first priority should be to the person you are with.
However, if you are expecting an important call let the person you're with
know before the call arrives and excuse yourself before accepting the call.

8. Don't send inappropriate messages

Messaging is a great way to communicate, but don't send offensive or
threatening text, voice, picture or any other sort of message, because
it is a criminal offence to use a mobile phone to menace or harass
someone. Also receivers can save messages and easily identify you
as the sender.

9. Respect others' privacy when using
in-phone cameras

In-phone cameras shouldn't be used anywhere a normal camera would
be considered inappropriate, such as in change rooms or toilets. You
should ask for permission before you take someone's picture. Also bear
in mind that some venues do not allow the use of cameras and may
refuse entry to anyone with one.

10. Ban the ring: not the phone

Wherever conversations are normally acceptable, venues can help by
asking people to turn their phones to silent or vibrate mode rather than
turning it off. This approach will help with compliance, especially for
people who need their phone for important calls. Venues can also
assist by reminding people to set their phones to silent mode,
before they enter.

Suami berubah bila dah kaya

SEBELUM saya berbicara lebih lanjut saya ingin bertanya kepada pembaca wanita khususnya, adakah anda mencari suami yang taraf pendidikannya sama dengan anda atau anda menerima seadanya? Jika anda belum berkahwin, fikirkan sepuluh kali. Biasanya wanita menerima suami seadanya, tetapi suami zaman sekarang memilih isteri yang boleh memberi keuntungan dan memberi faedah kepadanya.. Bukan mereka sahaja, malah keluarga mereka juga berpandangan demikian.

''Kalau boleh mereka mahukan menantu perempuan yang ada segala-galanya yang boleh memberikan kesenangan dan tidak menyusahkan anak lelaki mereka, misalnya ada kereta, rumah dan pekerjaan yang baik.'' Demikian cerita Khalida dalam e-melnya.

''Saya katakan demikian berdasarkan pengalaman sendiri dan melihat di kalangan kawan-kawan wanita sepejabat dengan saya.. Mereka juga mempunyai pandangan yang sama. Kalau boleh suami mahu melepaskan semua tugas hakikinya kepada isteri untuk laksanakan, sementara dia bebas menyenangkan dirinya sendiri.

''Dulu masa mula berkahwin saya tahu taraf pendidikan dan pendapatan suami saya Zainoor, cuma seorang kerani, sementara saya walaupun seorang guru tetapi berijazah. ''Sebenarnya bukan mudah memimpin suami menjadi berjaya, saya mengeluarkan wang simpanan yang banyak sebagai modal untuk menggalakan dia berniaga pada awalnya. Malangnya ketika itu kerana sayangkan suami dan ikhlas untuk membantunya, saya tidak pernah meminta balik duit yang dijadikan modal dia berniaga.

''Sebaliknya saya nasihatkan dia supaya menambah modal lebih banyak lagi supaya perniagaan dapat berjalan lancar tanpa tertangguh kerana ketiadaan modal. Pendek kata sejak lima tahun melihatkan diri dalam perniagaan sepenuh masa, hidup kami memang boleh dikatakan senang juga.

''Malangnya, saya terlupa melihat perubahan suami saya, setiap kali keluar malam saya yakin bila dia kata jumpa kontek dan rakan perniagaan. Katanya berniaga mesti banyak kontek, barulah berjaya, kalau boleh ikut cara orang Cina berniaga mereka ramai kawan, yang boleh bertukar fikiran dan meminta nasihat kalau perlu.

''Tetapi sejak dua tahun kebelakangan ini, dia sudah mula pandai balik rumah hingga subuh. Saya dek kerana terlalu sayang dan percaya, tidak pernah terfikir dia boleh memusnahkan harapan saya dengan bercinta lagi.

''Satu malam dia balik awal lepas makan malam dia meluahkan hasrat hatinya ingin berkahwin lagi. Nak pengsan saya. Hancur semua harapan, hilang sudah kepercayaan saya terhadapnya selama ini. Sebulan kami berperang, habis tu saya lancarkan perang dingin, harapan saya supaya dia ingat kepada janji kami dan segala pertolongan saya kepadanya selama ini, dan menjadikan dia dirinya sekarang..


''Tapi orang tengah bercinta segala nasihat tidak didengar lagi, dia tetap ingin berkahwin dengan kekasihnya seorang wanita bekas pelayan kelab malam, berstatus janda anak tiga lima tahun lebih tua daripada saya.

''Saya rasa tidak ramai isteri yang sanggup bermadu dengan rela. Saya minta pendapat keluarga, memang tidak ada yang setuju, ibu saya yang tua dan uzur menyerahkan segalanya kepada saya, dan dia tidak menghalang kalau saya bercerai. Kerana ibu tahu besarnya pengorbanan saya menjadikan suami saya dengan kedudukannya hari ini. Dan ibu amat kesal kerana pengorbanan saya selama ini tidak dihargai.

''Kerana permintaannya di bantah, dia jadi seorang peminum dan jarang-jarang balik ke rumah. Dia bukan lagi suami saya yang saya kenal dulu. Akhirnya saya terpaksa memberi kata dua kepada suami saya untuk melepaskan saya. Dua bulan lamanya dia membuat keputusan dan seterusnya dia meninggalkan rumah dan pindah ke rumah baru dengan wanita tersebut bersama anak-anaknya.

''Apa yang saya kesalkan sudahlah suami buat saya sedemikian rumah, adik beradiknya ikut memfitnah suami saya bahawa saya tidak hebat dirajang, terlalu sibuk bekerja, selalu berkursus dan paling menyakitkan hati bila dia menuduh saya membodohkan dirinya selama ini kerana mengikut cakap saya.

''Pada saya tuduhan membomohkan dia memang fitnah, siapa dia? Dia cuma kerani asalnya, kalau saya pandai cari bomoh lebih baik saya bomohkan jutawan atau pegawai tinggi kerajaan supaya kahwin dengan saya bukan dia! Kejayaan dia dalam perniagaan sekarang pun hasil modal saya kalau tidak hingga kini dia masih kerani lagi. Memang dasar tak sedar diri!

''Lebih pelik mengapa selepas 13 tahun berkahwin baru timbul isu bomoh? Sepatutnya saya tuduh suami saya yang bomohkan saya, kerana mahu berkahwin dengan dia cuma seorang kerani sedangkan saya ada izajah.

''Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Besar. Baru setahun berkahwin, hidupnya mula berantakan, sudahlah duitnya dikongkong oleh isteri barunya, nak jumpa anak-anak sendiri pun disekat. Sehinggakan telefon bimbitnya pun dikawal rapi.

''Namun saya tidak kisah saya mampu memberikan yang terbaik kepada anak-anak saya. Syukur kepada Allah anak-anak saya dapat keputusan yang terbaik dalam peperiksaan tahunan mereka. Hakikatnya perceraian kami sedikit pun tidak mengganggu pelajaran mereka, malah saya lihat hidup mereka lebih ceria lagi. Dengar cerita belum sampai dua tahun berkahwin bekas suami saya sudah jadi kaki hutang.

''Kini hidup saya lebih bahagia. Benarlah kata orang, kekayaan belum tentu menjadikan kita bahagia. Kini hati dan fikiran saya lebih tenang, tak perlu melihat jam pukul berapa suami balik. Tak perlu terkejar-kejar siapkan makanan bila suami balik, kini saya lebih bahagia hidup bersama anak-anak. Biarlah dia bahagia bersama anak-anak tiri dan isteri barunya, di situ mungkin dia lebih bahagia daripada dengan anak-anaknya sendiri.

''Bukan niat berdendam tetapi bila segala pergorbanan tidak dihargai, tiada gunanya bertahan dan berpura-pura bahagia. Saya ambil langkah tepat untuk membahagiakan diri dan anak-anak saya. Bukan menderita menunggu suami yang sudah lupa diri.

''Kepada kaum hawa di luar sana, saya ingin berpesan, anda tidak perlu berasa lemah jika ditinggalkan suami kerana Allah yang mengatur segala kehidupan kita. Tentunya ada hikmah yang tersembunyi di sebalik segala yang berlaku. Anda bukan perempuan malang. Tetapi anda terpilih untuk melalui ujian-Nya.'' Demikian cerita Khalida panjang lebar untuk menjadi teladan anda.

Yakinlah setiap apa yang berlaku ada hikmahnya, Terpulang kepada anda mentafsirkan tetapi kalau tidak yakin anda boleh berdikari, sabar dan telanlah atas apa yang berlaku.

Pergi Hospital Serdang

Ni pasal baby..Sebelum ni macam2 org suggest dekat aku buat yg tu la yg ni la...soalan2 cepu emas pun ade..."tak berubat pakar ker" berulang kali aku terangkan aku sudah pergi dekat pakar O&G Azzarah...tapi org x paham2 jugak..last sekali abg nasihatkan aku supaya jgn cerita pada org treatment yg diikuti..dia ckp baik diam jer..ada gak kawan2 aku yg suggest kat aku, yg takut2 aku pun ada, yg mcm eksen pun ada..sbb diorg dah ada baby..aku blom lagi...rezeki blom dtg lagi aku nak buat mcmana. Clomid pun aku dah makan drpd 2 klinik klinik shahril & pusat rawatan azzahra, aku dah berikhtiar dgn ayah aku sendiri, aku dah berurut dgn 2 tukang urut, aku dah makan ubt homeopathy..then finally aku bincang dgn abg elok2 utk buat treatment yg seterusnya.

Bulan 6 pergi dekat azzahra, amik referral letter ke Hospital serdang.Then Bulan August aritu aku dan abg mula secara serius dengan pakar O&G di Hospital Serdang.Jumpa dr "Sarabanu" abg pun ikut sekali masuk jumpa doc. Doc tanya sikit2 psl mens. cycle, berapa lama kawin, scan perut aku (ade cyst kecik and doc ckp x pe), then dia suggest aku buat blood test 1)hari ke-21 period (utk check hormon progesteron), 2) hari ke-2 period (utk hormon testosterone). Abg plak doktor bagi referral letter to LPPKN buat Semen Analysis (SA). So now we are waiting for the result on blood test, utk SA abg akan diserahkan pada doktor pada hari appointment seterusnya iaitu pada 3 November 2009.

Alhamdullillah abg bagi sokongan penuh pada aku..dan dia amat memahami diriku ini..Abg aku kesiankan aku..sanggup sakit2 amik darah utk berusaha ke arah itu katanya...ermmm utk kita jugak...aku sanggupkan jer..kita usaha jugak2..pedulikan apa org nak kata.

Dulu aku sensitive betoi kalau org bukak cerita2 ini..tapi sekarang aku dah cool..Pada aku, Allah ada plan tersendiri, jadi kita sebagai hambanya kena berusaha, berdoa ..last sekali bertawakal pada-Nya.

So tak sabar nak jumpa dr pada bulan November nih..hikhik..I am ready for everything.
